Our Life Saving Mission
As our followers and supporters know, The Rescue Express steps up for so many dogs who only have hours left until euthanasia in high-kill shelters, many in terrible shape requiring expensive medical treatment and rehabilitation. We always need more foster homes and volunteers!
In Memory of our founder, Ann Crumb
Our rescue founder Ann Crumb enjoyed the spotlight in the international theatre world with an amazing career in London and on Broadway as a Tony nominated singer and actress. But she was equally passionate about saving neglected and abused animals in need of rescue in high kill shelters across the country.
We tragically lost Ann to cancer in October of 2019. As always, our 2024 calendar is dedicated to her exceptional life and legacy.
PUPPY LOVE
This extremely stressful and challenging past two years have resoundingly confirmed what profound and unconditional love our furry family members bring to us. And we are incredibly grateful to our adopters, fosters and volunteers who, despite the chaos of the pandemic, didn't let up on their dedication and commitment to help us save so many deserving souls. Animals and humans need each other now more than ever!
